My journey into hypnosis began when my physician encouraged me to try hypnosis for smoking cessation. To say that I was skeptical would be an understatement. Because nothing else had worked, I decided to give hypnosis a try. To my amazement, it worked! And even better, it was easy!
Motivated by successfully becoming nicotine-free after a 40-year habit, I decided to use hypnosis for other lifestyle changes. Hypnosis has played a major role in managing inflammation and pain, recovering quickly from a frozen shoulder, improving sleep, losing weight and overall improved health and wellness.
Because hypnosis has made a profound impact in my life, and my goal is to guide others in experiencing similar life-changing benefits.
Certified by the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICBCH), and specialized certifications in QuitSuccess as a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and FitSuccess Hypnotic Weight Loss Protocol, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I also have advanced training in habit change, trauma release, pain management, phobias, past life regression, as well as other areas.
