About Me

Hello! I’m Kris, a Certified Hypnotist dedicated to helping people transform their lives through the power of hypnosis.

My journey into hypnosis began when my physician encouraged me to try hypnosis for smoking cessation. To say that I was skeptical would be an understatement. Because nothing else had worked, I decided to give hypnosis a try.  To my amazement, it worked!  And even better, it was easy!

Motivated by successfully becoming nicotine-free after a 40-year habit, I decided to use hypnosis for other lifestyle changes. Hypnosis has played a major role in managing inflammation and pain, recovering quickly from a frozen shoulder, improving sleep, losing weight and overall improved health and wellness.

Because hypnosis has made a profound impact in my life, and my goal is to guide others in experiencing similar life-changing benefits. 

Certified by the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy (ICBCH), and specialized certifications in QuitSuccess as a Certified Tobacco Treatment Specialist and FitSuccess Hypnotic Weight Loss Protocol, I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice. I also have advanced training in habit change, trauma release, pain management, phobias, past life regression, as well as other areas.

When it comes to hypnosis, I believe that everyone has the potential to improve their lives and achieve their goals. My approach is rooted in trust, empathy, and understanding. Beginning with a discussion of your needs, I develop a personalized plan that fits your unique situation.

My methods are gentle and calming, and I use a combination of hypnotherapy, guided imagery, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) to help you overcome obstacles, build confidence, and create meaningful and lasting change.
